Simon leads companies developing AI-enabled tools to speed up fusion power plant design, manufacturing specialist components for fusion machines, and providing strategic insight into fusion.

Among other achievements, Paul designed the control systems for the Tokamak Energy ST25 and ST25HTS (Superconducting) spherical Tokamaks

Chief Strategy Officer
Ian served for 10 years with the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency), including leading the development and delivery of international programmes in education and training. Before that, Ian worked on the development of mixed-oxide fuels, and in the design of safety-critical devices.

James is a physics student and fusion advocate, leading youth engagement and international outreach. He founded the University of Birmingham’s Nuclear Fusion Society, serves as an IOP Student Ambassador, and contributes to educational and business strategy initiatives across the fusion sector.
